    Yoga Philosophy

    Each body is made differently and Eleni listens to the needs and goals of the individual in a supportive and empowering space. Her Yoga training and 200-hour certification has enriched her understanding of anatomy and physiology, the philosophy and history of yoga, and enriched her sequencing and cueing.

    Classes for YOU

    Eleni's love of movement and years of personal practice help make yoga accessible to all bodies, all ages, and all genders with Chair Yoga, Mat Yoga, blocks, and adaptations. Her training covered Yoga Nidra (focuses on the mind and body), Restorative Yoga, Hatha & Vinyasa.

    Themed Classes

    Quieting the mind, focusing on a specific area, centering the thoughts...Themed classes bring a cohesive energy to each session and gives students food for thought to take into their day and week ahead.

    Eleni brings creativity and a passion for the eight limbs of yoga to every class so she may guide you on your journey to health and mindfulness.

    Yoga For All

    Eleni enjoys leading classes for seniors. Each session is designed to help older adults maintain their mobility, balance, and mental clarity. Whether small group or one-on-one, you'll move through a series of gentle poses that are modified for your needs and abilities, leaving you feeling more energized and confident.

    Outdoor Yoga

    When the weather is right, the beauty of the outdoors is perfect for yoga classes. During the sessions you connect with the healing aspects of nature, feel grounded, and experience movement & balance on a natural terrain. Eleni holds events at local parks and nature preserves. Look for those gatherings during the warmer months. 

    Forest Bathing Gatherings

    Studies show that Forest Bathing (known as Shinrin-yoku) lowers blood pressure, heart rate, and levels of stress hormones. The sights, sounds, and smells of the forest bring us into the moment and let our minds relax.

    Forest Bathing is a time to slow down, engage senses, and unwind. It is not for physical exercise, but rather a time to immerse the body among the healing properties of the trees, leaves, and colors.

    Eleni's Forest Bathing Guide certification helps blend the science of forest immersion with thoughtful nature practices and mindfulness experiences.

    I had never practiced and was very intimidated to start. Eleni has the perfect teaching style for those of us who are new to Yoga (but can also challenge experienced Yoga students.) She offers gentle poses and modification options to make sure no matter what your level, you will get exactly what you need.     After a major injury, I was struggling both physically and mentally during my recovery. My doctor recommended that I look into yoga. I was nervous and Eleni was kind, patient, and supportive. I felt so at ease as she carefully led me through intentional movements which helped me regain balance and strength. Her sessions are so empowering! One of the wonderful things about Eleni is that she truly cares.  It is important to her that you feel seen, safe, and supported. I feel so much stronger and healthier now.      Eleni is amazing! Her yoga is gentle, peaceful, calming, yet strengthening and she tailored it for my needs. I have tried a handful of instructors and Eleni is my absolute favorite.
